Proposed Consumer Site: Sleep.com
Our team had the idea of creating a robust site all about sleep. The goal would be to become an authority to consumers on all things related to sleep. I wanted to achieve a calming feeling with the design, and I drew inspiration from home lifestyle magazines.
I started with a robust mood board to help shape the desired mood and style.
From there, I was able confidently approach the index page design, drawing directly from some of the imagery and styles that had previously been created.
Unfortunately, this site never saw the light of day. That being said, I believe the objectives of a calming design inspired from home magazines was achieved.
